ALL THE ABOVE RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF:
* One night villa style living accommodation

CANCELLATIONS & CANCELATION CHARGE:
The Partner must notify NRS of any cancellation as early as possible, but in any case should not be later than specified hereunder:
* Cancellation received within 72 hours prior guest arrival: One (1) night charge
* Less than 72 hours or No-show: Full charge with maximum of 3 nights stay will be applied.
CHECKOUT TIME:
Checkout time is 12:00 hours. Late checkout is subject to availability. Day used until 18.00 hours on the day of departure: 50% of contracted rate, after which a full contract rate will be applied.
CHECK-IN TIME:
Official check in time is 14:00 hours. Early check in is subject to availability and readiness. The PartnerŐs original service voucher contents instructions including billing has to be presented upon check-in.
CHILD POLICY
NRS may not be suitable for children under 12 years old unless the parents agree to keep them under supervision at all time. Maximum one extra bed can be placed in each villa category. Breakfast and an extra-bed already included in the above surcharge for a child
CONFIDENTIALITY:
The rates contained in this agreement are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
FACILITIES:
The following resort facilities are free for use by in-house guests:
ˇ Mountain bikes, Jacuzzi and Sauna
ˇ Swimming pool: The main pool is located adjacent to restaurant
ˇ Shuttle service: Shuttle service to/from Ubud centre <10 times daily>
OCCUPATION POLICY:
All villas are individual one bedroom villa for 2-adults only unless specified therein.

2. A/C 0548075009 (RP) Payment is subject to Bank exchccange rate on the day of payment
* All payment must be free of any bank commmussion or charges imposed by the bank
RESERVATION
* All reservations must be made to the attention of Ms. Ni. Ketut Artini
* Any confirmation is subject to villa availability and first-come-first-served basis.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGES
* Honeymooners: Additional villa decorations with a/o Umbul-2, Balinese umbrella, Balinese traditional flower arrangements, Petal bath on arrival, Honeymoon cake for two persons.
* Birthday / Wedding anniversary celebration: Special home-made cake and non-alcoholic fruit punch for two persons
